Omnium Radio CIC, established 2018
October 2024
Omnium Radio CIC changes its company name to Plymouth Radio, Media and Arts CIC or PlymouthRMA for short.
All services will continue as normal such as Omnium Radio and Janner Radio but the overall company name has changed.
September 2024
Omnium Radio CIC relocated into a larger premises based above Manor Street Galleries PL11TL
May 2023
Omnium Radio launches Janner Radio™ with plans to progress on to the local D.A.B network in order to give Plymouth a local radio station once again.
April 2023
Omnium Radio CIC announces the launching of a second radio station based in Plymouth called Janner Radio this comes after Omnium Radio CIC had become so popular that a waiting list for supported services users had to be created.
A supported services user is someone that required additional help through out their show due to physical disabilities or a learning difficulty.
The second station will allow more time to be freed up and enable the station to help more supported service users.

Due to expansion Omnium Radio CIC relocated from The Plot to their own premises on Manor Street, PL1 1TW

Omnium Radio's News Desk starts club for people living with additional needs to learn skills in journalism, reading and writing skills, confidence building and communication skills.

Omnium Radio moved from The Clipper to The Plot to deliver their services in a community space shared by lots of different community projects

Omnium Radio CIC celebrates 1 year of running The Clipper - Community Music Hub

Omnium Radio Celebrated our 3rd anniversary.

With in The Clipper we launched our very own Art Group which has proved very popular with in the local community.
March 2021
Omnium Radio CIC was nominated for an ITV National diversity award.
December 2020
Omnium Radio received Lottery funding and launched its very own community music hub in The Clipper on Union Street.

Omnium Radio moved from Barn Barne Barton to the City Center with a bigger studio based in The Plot on Union Street for musicians and bands to access
Febuary 2020
Omnium Radio CIC launched it's own news desk & blog, giving local news and stories of interest to our listeners.

Omnium Radio moved into it very own private studio based in the Community Resource Center in Barn Barton
July 2019
Omnium Radio officially became a registered CIC
February 2019
Omnium Radio moved into its first temporary studio which took form of a toy cupboard at the Tamar View Community Center in Barn Barton
5th October 2018
The first broadcast and the birth of Omnium Radio was made by founder Trace Jared-Davis from his bedroom. at this point all presenters volunteered using equipment at home.
