What to Expect from the Art Group Relaunch

Our art group has always been a place where people can express themselves freely and connect through creativity. The relaunch brings new energy and opportunities for participants to explore different art forms, from painting and drawing to mixed media projects.

  • Inclusive environment: Everyone is welcome, whether you are a beginner or experienced artist.

  • Guided sessions: Skilled facilitators will offer support and inspiration to help you develop your skills.

  • Materials provided: You don’t need to bring anything except your enthusiasm; all art supplies will be available.

  • Focus on wellbeing: Art can be a powerful tool for mental health, and our sessions encourage relaxation and self-expression.

The art group will continue to meet regularly every other Thursday, including on 21st May, so you can plan to join us whenever it suits you.

Disco Night with Marbles Lost & Found CIC

After the art group session, the venue will transform into a disco space where music and movement take centre stage. This night is more than just dancing; it’s about community and support. Marbles Lost & Found CIC, a mental health group, will be joining us to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and connected.

  • Music for all tastes: Expect a mix of classic disco hits and modern tunes to keep the energy high.

  • Safe space: The event is designed to be inclusive and supportive, with a focus on mental wellbeing.

  • Social connection: Meet new people, share stories, and enjoy a night out in a friendly environment.

Please note, there will be no disco night on 21st May due to a prior booking at Leadworks. However, the art group will still take place as planned that evening.
